Constituents, Comrades, Confidantes
U could think of the world in terms of three groups of people.
Constituents includes everyone. U can extend some amount of care towards any person. U might extend more care as they get closer to U. U might care more about people in your neighborhood, and then in your town or city, and then your state, country, and planet. U act on behalf of your constituents because U care.
Comrades include those people U perceive as additive to your efforts. Your vectors align so U perceive them as helpful, U think of them as teammates or affiliates. Over time U trust them to show up and to do good. U could help your constituents a lot by identifying your comrades and teaming up with them.
Eventually, if a comrade has gained a lot of trust, U might consider them a confidante. U trust a confidante with information that benefits your causes but could harm U or stymy your plans if the wrong ears heard them. A confidante knows U at a deep level, which helps them to coordinate with U.
