Minimize Noise

I define noise as any extraneous action. I wish to achieve graceful economy in all my endeavors.

In physical terms, sound caused by kinetic energy indicates a loss of energy through inefficiency. I find it fun to do everyday tasks such as washing dishes while making as little noise as I can manage.
