Goals for Overcoming Gravity:

  1. Two one armed pushups on both sides. (push, horizontal)
  2. Front lever hold for 30 seconds (pull)
  3. Handstand for 60 seconds (push, vertical)
  4. Perform backflips.
  5. Perform frontflips.
  6. Perform cartwheels.
  7. One one handed handstand pushup on both sides. (push, vertical)
