Practice Silence

U can practice Ninjutsu in every day life in every moment through the practice of silence. Silence takes many forms. U might go through all your daily actions and see if U can do them without making any noise. I especially enjoy this on meditation retreats as a way to maintain mindfulness through the day. At meal times can I pick up all the dishes and silverware without any clinking and clattering? Can I eat each bite of food quietly?

Silence can also mean listening more and speaking less in conversation, resisting the urge to share a piece of information better kept to yourself.

Silence means achieving your aims with minimal resistance. Do what needs doing without drawing excess attention.
